KTB is recruiting a Showroom Manager (M/F) for one of its clients specialising in interior furnishings.
Duties :
- Managing the sales team
- Managing the recruitment, training and coaching of the team
- Developing the skills of your staff
- Setting up schedules
- Running meetings
- Monitoring sales indicators and sales figures
- Definition of objectives and action plans to achieve them
- Welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty
- Placing orders
Profile :

Above all, you enjoy selling and pleasing your customers

Ideally, you are fluent in German and/or English, French being a plus.
